Facilities & Event Hire

The building houses  two meeting rooms along with the office on the second floor of the Clerk to the Chipping Sodbury Town Lands Charity.

The venue offers kitchen facilities for refreshments  and toilet facilities.

NB  The nature of the building makes it unsuitable for wheelchair access.

The Burcombe Suite is located  on the ground floor and provides a meeting space for approx 20 delegates. It has a pull down screen for presentations and is ideally suited for Meetings, Training and smaller functions.

The Cutler Suite is located on the first floor and provides meeting space for  approx 15 delegates with access to all the facilities contained in the building. Ideal for holding small business meetings , discussion groups  or for local organisations to hold their regular meetings.

If required the Town Hall on site caterers Wards at the Town Hall can supply all of your refreshment requirements . Request when booking the room.
